nice duane and brando refrence
ОтветитьBest. E-ary.
Ответитьi might be 2 years late but damn dude you're rad af for the duane and brando party
ОтветитьThose font looks like it should be KNOCKED DOWN
ОтветитьSomehow i like the black battle background of the original. Gba version i also like. Dont like the party srites on the later ones unfortionately
ОтветитьThe PSP is Undefeated
ОтветитьFinal Fantasy I for psp has better than the the same in pixel remaster, I feel sad because I can't see the game for android 😢
ОтветитьTo me the best version is the PSP one.
Ответить3ds version has been completely translated last year 😌
ОтветитьThe psp version is so vastly better than all the others an it really sucks that the only way to play it on a PC in the US would involve pirating it.
ОтветитьI like the PSP version the most... I had no idea about the 3DS version though and wish we got it, i would have bought it Day 1
ОтветитьI kinda like the MSX2 Music... Now if only it didn't look like it ran like poop
Ответитьaaaaaaaa iiiiiiiiii uuuuuuuu eeeeeee
ОтветитьPSP version all the way
Ответитьtl;dr play the PSP version
ОтветитьAnyone know of a faithful ff1 that’s literally the same just with all the bugs fixed and being able to use life/lif2 and soft etc in battle?
I am assuming it’s the wonderswan but I am wondering if i am better served just seeking out a romhack
So whats the best version with original music? 👀
ОтветитьI like the way the 3DS looks the most followed by the PSP. The Pixel Remasters look good just not as good as those 2.
ОтветитьMy first FF I played was 8 in 2000, then I played 7 in 2003 an tittle that my favorite game till this day. I played most of the others but 7 has the most likable characters you would get attached to and a epic story. 10 is good too this is when Sqaure was golden.
ОтветитьWe live in a day and age where you should just watch a speed run of FF1. Don't touch any FF until MAYBE 3, but for sure play 4.
ОтветитьPSP Ver is superior until i saw 3DS Ver :(
ОтветитьI love seeing the duane and brando play clip with Dune, Spud, Jojo and Leo, lol. Brings me back.
Ответитьhonestly the ff1 battle theme is great, I don’t get tired of it
ОтветитьNaming the Fighter DUNE, I see what you did.
Edit: nevermind he's not being subtle about it, nice.
Great video. I grew up with the ps1 version which is good, but the lack of analogue support makes it hard for me to go back to, I really dislike using the ps1 dpad. I tried to play the NES version recently but oh man I couldn't do it. Way too cryptic with no auto targeting of mobs, the inventory and the UI is awful. It would be a chore to get through. Playing the switch remaster now and it's great although there is no silver sword in elfheim which is weird. Regardless, I don't think I'll ever go back to the older versions. Just Pixel Remaster from now on. The only thing I hate about the pixel remaster is the ability to turn off encounters, it just feels like cheating. I know I can just not do it but wish I was not tempted by to cheat constantly. There should be a traditional mode that disables it or atleast give me a way to not have it mapped to my controller permanently. Being able to turn off random encounters makes dungeons ridiculously easy.
ОтветитьI see the creator is a fan of Duane & Brando! 😂
ОтветитьPSP versions will always be the best out there.
We need I to VI with that exact style, in all platforms.
As a fan of the original game in the NES, I wished they just had ported that old version of the game without the bugs. I already have Dawn of Souls, which was great, especially for FFII. I am of the opinion-a minority one, I am sure-that if they deleted the extra content they may as well should have brought all of the original vibe back+a few QoL changes.
They are very expensive, though, classic or otherwise. 😮
Recently I'm playing the PSP version and the glitch is really busted to be honest, now I'm scared of the Black Mage in how it can resists hits
ОтветитьPSP, WonderSwan Color and GBA are the best ones.
ОтветитьImo, The GBA version seems to be the best version, minus the over saturated graphics
It doesn't have some of the newer stuff, but is the last one to use those gorgeous sprites
PSX if you want closest to original game with some QoL changes and better translation and music.
ОтветитьNobody complained about the Final Fantasy 1 remakes' graphical updates. It's almost as if they didn't grow up with the games, and are, therefore, not biased.
Weird, huh?
The Pixel Remaster is fine. Especially if it's the first version you've ever played. I'm not playing the original sorry just not.
ОтветитьA crucial problem the pixel remaster has is that the sprites are zoomed in which makes the pixels look too blocky and anything but high res
ОтветитьActually Dragon Quest started it all. Enjoy the down vote.
ОтветитьYou forgot to mention the switch!
ОтветитьI does play NES version, and on the PC final fantasy PR version.
ОтветитьVery Hans Zimmer that first example of audio from the Pixel Remaster, lol.
ОтветитьGba has the most content
ОтветитьThe PSP version is my favorite. I just like the presentation it had. And the sprites are also the most detailed.
ОтветитьSo glad the Pixel Remasters are on Switch now, just picked them up and started playing 1. Also glad they included a better font.
ОтветитьPersonally, I like the PsP version the best, to me it is THE definitive one and I make sure to keep a PSP Emulator on every single device I have in some way or form just for FF1 and 2. There's something fun about messing with the item glitch. Like running a solo game with an armored monk.
ОтветитьDuane and Brando reference with the names 😉
ОтветитьAnd now a new comparison with the new Pixel Rematered Final Fantasy games on Nintendo and PlayStation versions.
ОтветитьOG FF1 had 7 bosses and 117 enemies while the bonus content added 18 bosses and 49 enemies all post game along with 5 entire dungeons. Pixel remaster cut all of that content out for some reason.
Ответитьi believe conventional MP was actually implemented in the PSX version (the easy mode) so it had both MP mechanics to choose from
ОтветитьStill have the gba version from 17 years ago somewhere. Always enjoyed ff1 more than ff2.
ОтветитьThe MSX2 port was awfully optimized. But now there's a performance patch that fixes this.
And there's also an English translation patch too.
