Hello Sadhguru,great information and thanks for all your great wisdom.I often hear about your recommendations on before sleeping, also in a few of your videos you mention that people should wear natural fibers for their clothing as much as possible,one thing i never hear is what kind of bedding do you recommend? We often get great information about sleeping habits but most of the world sleeps on a synthetic made mattress with these metal springs in them, acting like antennas, and petrol chemical foams, it seems like it would be counter productive to do all the 5 things before bed only to sleep on a harmful yucky synthetic mattress.Any advice would be great.Thank you.
