this has nothing to do with restorative sleep any more. some parents are too lazy to get up at night, others have some mistaken sense of making up for cuddling time, maybe because of being absent too much during the day, but at night this is unsustainable for everyone, the baby needs its own bed. three people can't get any night of proper sleep like this, the video is just from 16 minutes, it is insane. plus your relationship is probably also going down the drain at this point.
