To give where credit's due, these wish cameras are better than a majority of Samsung phone cameras.

It's shit like this that makes me reconsider my position on open source software. Like, how else do you think these chinese manufacturers are able to get anything done at all after they've bought some old webcams in bulk? They obviously use open source software for image processing, saving and operating an sd card.
