$880 Lunchbox Gaming PC (1080p Destroyer)

Testing a cpu in a gpu bound scenario is pointless...

I just got that case in black. I used the Asrock B550M-ITX/ac with a Ryzen 7 5700G with stock cooler, a 500gb Kingston SA2000 nvme and 64gb of corsair DDR4 Ram. The Power Supply is a Be Quiet SFX Power 3 450W. I'm still waiting for an adapter to connect the USB C to the USB 2 header on the mainboard. Not the best option but at least it will work that way. And a Intel Arc 750 is also on the way.

Got a knock off of this case for 80. The cpu cooler doesn't fit, the gpu extension is crushed by the mother board and the inside power cable is backwards getting crushed too. It works but for how long.

What mobo would you recommend if you wanted to use the USB C on the case?

I built pretty much this exact build and one suggestion I have is to PLEASE replace the WiFi/Bluetooth card that comes with the motherboard. It's really, really slow. I made the mistake of not replacing it until after I built the PC, so I had to basically completely disassemble the PC to upgrade that and rebuild.

Seriously you tell this build to be 880 but when i looked up at my area (Not from US though) the total would cost me around 1300USD

I came across this case myself a while ago. It is a great sandwich case. I built the following in it:

Integral m3 series plus gen 4x4 m.2 nvme ssd
Sapphire Nitro+ rx 6600xt GPU
Thermalright axp-90-53 black cooler
Bequiet series 3 sfx non modular 450w psu
1 x id cooling 12015 case fan ARGB.

Shopping in new and used market did this for £590 ($675).

Can game at 1440p no problem.

I'm building almost this exact same PC. There's room to save a bit more money here, without sacrificing performance.

1. I'm using the SF 450 instead of the SF 750 because the former is overkill. You won't even be drawing 350w with this build.

2. I'm using the wraith stealth cooler that comes with the cpu, because it's small enough to work.

I used the extra money to upgrade to a 990 Pro SSD and 3600 mhz RAM instead of 3200.

I'm also buying a PCIE 4.0 riser cable so I don't bottleneck my GPU.

I'm surprised that you didn't add a low-profile fan in the bottom...

technically dead AM4? AM5 is not really alive yet, if you want to use that analogy.

Watch out about the 3rd generation riser cable, for newer gpu's only the 4th gen riser cables will get a post. Got this from experience with pretty close the same build.

I got a similar build, also m-itx mainboard, 32gb ddr4 ram, ryzen 5 5600x, rtx 3060ti, samsung 2tb m.2 ssd, 720W Corsair Modular PSU, Noctua CPU Cooler, 3 small and thin fans on top, 4tb hdd...

I want to change the noctua cooler with a corsair watercooling and replace the corsair fan with the noctua cooler.

Your videos are great. I will build this one for myself. My wife wouldn't like a over the top RGB gaming PC in our living room that costs a ton of money. So it have to look sophisticated enough and shouldn't cost a kidney. :-D
