I'm a total rookie here with this CSM software stuff, trying to hire a CSM myself for my non-SaaS business. How come Salesforce isn't listed here as "Adoption Management" tool? Isn't that the granddaddy software I keep hearing about. OR, is there a nuanced layer here I should be aware of that SF doesn't fit into and things like Pendo etc do? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!!!

Awesome videos, just subscribed! We started using tl;dv for Zoom to record and transcribe user interviews - cool thing is that you can even set live highlight markers. Similar to Graim. Did you make any experiences with such tools?
