Always love ten hag ❤️
ОтветитьAny manager would struggle with these team.
Ответитьsomeone with sense who tries to analyze the situation with the information he has, without pulling the trigger on anything or anyone
ОтветитьPiers chose wrong person to manipulate 😂
ОтветитьZlatan’s weakness is rib-tickling!🤣
ОтветитьIf he decides to train, is gonna be a hell of a coach ! 🦁 for life 💪
ОтветитьManchester United’s problems are all over the place that we needed God to give his insights via an interview with Piers Morgan
ОтветитьThe situation, the result, the believe, the plan, the suddenly, the boom, the go big, and the situation.
ОтветитьThe only plan glazer's have for united how to sell jersey 🤦
ОтветитьZlatan have a good own opinion ,P.Morgan cant handle it him
Ответить1st time Zlatan is wrong, why not anyone taking about ETH's bad side he thinks he's bigger than the club.... Just Sack him
ОтветитьCorrect
ОтветитьIts weird man.... Zlatan from his young arrogant days... Has grown into a great person... I can only imagine he is a fantastic father and friend... Just me assessing from this interview
ОтветитьHow does this part of the interview have more views than the whole interview 😂😂😂
ОтветитьLol when Zlatan said that you need to hear Piers,
ОтветитьIt's funny, I remember at the time he joined Man Utd saying it's a totally different challenge and that I wasn't convinced he was a top manager.
Giddy Man Utd fans duly told me to shut up, or that I was jealous and went on to tell me how many Eredivisies he won and bang on about that UCL semi final.
He looks totally out of his depth to me and I'm not surprised.
That last line will go down to be one of the best and greatest quotes in the world. Indeed King Zlatan has avoided falling into Morgan's trap, nobody can make him speak nonsense 🤣🤣🤣
ОтветитьAlso, media exposure and media treatment towards united doesn't make EtH getting easier, every eyes, every spotlight is always on united 24/7 ready to jump on him once his team slips.
Even Manchester City, the treble winner doesn't get that kind of attention from the media.
nah, Piers really wants everyone to turn on Erik
ОтветитьHe didn't retire from football football retired from zlatan
ОтветитьMu fans still believing the baldie will get them to sir alex level 😂
ОтветитьMbti coach more too feeling ? We need thinkers type
ОтветитьIndeed, Piers is pushing his agenda. But then again, what Zlatan says is mostly in tune with what Piers alludes to. ETG is simply acting like LVG did during the lows of his tenure. A good manager has to manage characters while staying fair. It's not a case of, e.g. if we have three training sessions per week and I decide to exempt some players from 1, the rest of the boys need to go apeshit and create leaks and a toxic environment. If that's the case, axe them. In this world, there are norms. Since kids, we understand them! In a football club, it's no different within the hierarchy; elder players or those who won their fair share of silverware have earned certain rights. It's the natural path of life in every profession. I mean, look at RVP when he was at Man.Utd. SAF managed him with care and respect. He was rarely injured. He was exempted from specific training sessions. He was also exempted on particular aspects of the game, i.e. pressing! He was there to score! Not run like a headless chicken. ETH doesn't get this. Look at the number of injuries. Look how many players who came fit look overworked, tired and frequently injured: Casemiro is a prime example! His methods are not adapted to the BPL which is already very high in intensity. His stubbornness will get him the sack. Don't get me wrong. I appreciate him as our coach, but he still has a small-club mentality. This will be his "talon d'Achille"!
ОтветитьLeave it to a nitwit like Piers Morgan to try and put words in other people's mouth so he can feel vindicated in his opinions, especially in regards to his ""friend"" Cristiano. I'm not defending Ten Hag, he obviously has his faults too even though I doubt any single couch or manager can correct the institutional crisis the club has been dragging for years, but what else was he supposed to do with the Cristiano situation? You've got an aged star with astronomical wages that conditions the way the squad plays and is the opposite of what Ten Hag wants to implement with the team, (i.e. an intense pressing unit that scores off fast transitions), whom skipped the pre-season (justified or not, it definitely impacted his performance) and isn't producing results any longer, and who then goes and publicly lambasts the club, manager and even his teammates? Cristiano forced his hand there, most other coaches would have done exactly the same. Surprisingly, Zlatan was mature enough to explain every party has some degree of responsibility in such a messy situation.
ОтветитьI can't stand this dude honestly. Seen and heard about him non-stop in the media for the past 20 years being Swedish. He is so full of himself.
ОтветитьConclusion: Ten Hag isn’t a bad manager. He’s just a manager who is far more suited to coaching and developing young talents like in Ajax than managing star players like in Manchester United. Zlatan didn’t talk bad about him for this reason, but he did also imply he wasn’t as suited to Manchester as he was in his past clubs.
ОтветитьForget reputation. If sir alex was utd manager and a player fucked off half way through a pre season match they would be sold the next week no matter who it was.
If sir alex brain was put in eth body and u wanted too bring him on in the 90th minute and they refused. What u think wud happen
If sir alex managed ajax or managed man utd.. he would have held the exact same standards. Man utd have ended up with a players union getting managers sacked😂. That doesnt work. The manager is the boss i dont care what ur wages u will be treat the same as an u21 player being late or doing stuff. Wether ur worth 80mill or 80k the standard at the club is the same. And it should be the senior players setting the example. U cant critisize ETH because he doesnt manage “superstars better”! Bullshit. Your part of man utd now we all do the same u are no different fuck ur shitty attitude we dont want you here!
Thats why its so important too know a players attitude and personality.
But not just that. Your joining ajax with a prime sir alex ferguson. If your 17 or 27 the standards he expects are solid. You can be the best player in the team but if your training or being late u are gone. This is ajax ferguson makes the decisions
He's kind of backing up ETH in terms of no real direction (or project) the club has shown. But also critiquing his lack of experience with big name stars. A bit of both. He is a top coach and has got a 'system' but this Utd beast is not easy team/club to wield. So many individuals and off field dramas ... somehow it's his fault that it affected the team. He'll probably leave and be alot happier.
ОтветитьIn sweden the city of Malmö raised a statue of him.
I dont like him or the sport but i rather have a statue of a legend in his sport the some king the lived hundreds of years ago
✌️
This man Piers have no shame. He got to be obsesse with ETH at this point! Embarrassing old man
ОтветитьWkwkwkw, u know that this pierce morgan are hate Man Utd, it's not fair to talk in here man
ОтветитьZlatan certainly has a point, but the managers before ten hag who do have experience with big players also didn’t quite do it. As Ibrahimovic said; Erik needs time and that’s what he noted in his contract. Not to be fired so quickly when things don’t go as plan. He gets te chance to build a new united
ОтветитьI like How Ten hag riders will blame everyone and everything but no the real problem ten hag himself🤣, player are bad, management is bad, staff is mad only one true lord that is SIR ERIC TEN HAG .
ОтветитьThere aren't many managers that can manage both young talents/unknown gems and big names , and that is Joseph Mourinho and Sir Alex Ferguson.
ОтветитьCR7 fan is a joke.
ОтветитьYes, this person is the lion. not only the bravado, but also the knowledge. He made several insightful points.
ОтветитьZlatan helps Milan raise from decades of darkness era into something right now. He is motivator
ОтветитьPiers, remember this "no one can't intervene zlatan mind"
ОтветитьI love Zlatan. He had several chances to criticize Ten Hag but stopped short with some really clever responses.
ОтветитьWhat a pathetic guy Piers Morgan is lol. How did he become famous?😂
ОтветитьShame pundit
ОтветитьZlatan is atually very intelligent, and he knows what he is talking about. I enjoy hearing him speak
ОтветитьZlatan for assistant coach at united !
ОтветитьPM's agenda is to create controversy so he can get his rates up...Zlatan was having none of it....didnt work.
ОтветитьThe new coach came from where? Where is he ? Its totally a different situation ❤
ОтветитьZlatan have the potential to be a legend coach
Ответить
