As a licensed minister, I have to say this guy and people like him are just such an embarrassingly cringe type of Christian. Like it's hard to imagine anyone from any faith getting something edifying from him - it's just this hollow and insincere attempt to use a popular figure to propagate an agenda. It really does give bad televangelist vibes, and doesn't really represent any real Christian values.

There are so many things I hate about people like this.

I'm a gay man, my existence can't be mentioned without it being seen as being shoved down people's throats, an agenda, trying to convert people, bad for children, just all these awful things. But then Christian's do things like this and see nothing wrong with it. They go to poor, marginalised, sick, and disadvantaged countries/people to convert them, they will condem you to hell and eternal suffering for not following their belief, they will preach and scream in public, on public transport, on public posts and see nothing wrong with it, and things like this too, saying that he's essentially choosing to off himself as the only thing that can save him/anyone is Christianity? And they see nothing wrong with it? They scream and spout hate and threats and think they're doing good? I don't see how me trying to quietly exist is worse than what they are doing? And if their science fiction is real and their "god" is real, I'll feel pretty happy in myself knowing I didn't live life like them still.

It is just so hypocritical though. I wear rainbow things? Shoving an agenda down people's throats. They wear crosses? No issue. Gay people are mentioned in any way? Shoving an agenda down people's throats. God/religion is mentioned in any way? No issue. A gay club is featured in something? Shoving an agenda down people's throats. Showing a church? No issue. Show two men kissing? Shoving an agenda down people's throats. Show a straight couple praying and having intercourse? No issue. Gay pride/videos by gay content creator's? Shoving an agenda down people's throats. Going to a gay pride to harass gay people, commenting on gay posts to condemn/threaten us, taking over posts to quote bible versus and preach, or doing things like this and posting videos condemning people unless they convert? No issue.

I really don't get how in their world, their behaviour is fine and mine isn't. I also don't get how they think this will make anyone join their cult. Wanna know how we refer to old religions? Mythology, because it was old ways people thought that are now seen as obviously untrue and even barbaric. That'll be Christianity one day.
