I think that it is not a real muscle up, is it? Shouldn't it be done from still position? If you help yourself a lot with the swing like that, it is starting to resamble a different gymnastics exercise, I do not know now the exact name for it in English (vzepření vzklopmo in Czech). Some of you advices are the same as to learn "vzepření vzklopmo", only you do only a decent swing, not a realy big one. So not make muscle up too much easier with this swing. Maybe cheat a little bit less with the swing a do not tell anyone. :)

ОтветитьThere is no way this guy is doing muscle up for the first time. It’s not just technique. You have to be able to pull up at least 60% of your body mass before trying to do the pull up. Otherwise, you’ll not be able to lift yourself high enough. No explosive power.
