a patient came with chronic apical abscess with pulp necrosis. a sinus tract was seen with diameter of +/- 7 mm. after taking a proper informed consent, i started a one visit endodontic treatment followed with restorative treatment 2 months later.

within 2 months control, the sinus tract already disappeared, and tooth fully functional.
