why do they pull harder when there in visible pain. if there screaming let go and don’t pull harder. they trap them and don’t let them move.

As a experienced dancer for almost 11 years this makes me so mad!!! You should never ever force the body to bend and twist in ways it is not made and comfortable to be in!
