They can see you dummy they aren’t going to slam into you. They may have a curiosity nudge but it won’t do anything to you.

The whales are more intelligent than the people on the boat and the person that added the title to this video. The whales did not "nearly ram sailboat". The boat is no match or threat to the whales and the whales are no threat to the humans.

Hm. They weren't wearing life jackets. Clean underwear would be a far distant afterthought if tipped over or hit.

This is why everyone should have underwater cameras attached to the bottom of their boat. I want to see the whales laughing at freaking out the humans

I hope these beautiful, intelligent creatures outlive humans. I would've been in absolute awe with this, myself. The next time I'm out on the water, here in the Puget Sound, Washington, I plan on bringing some music to play for the orcas here. It will probably get me dunked, but I've heard of other people who have played music that seems to attract whales & dolphins. 🐬🐳🐋 🎵

Amazing video, thank you. These are so smart animals, they will never hit you on purpose. Sometimes I would wish that they would get together and sink all of the Whale catching fleet's.Maybe we will see it one time, who knows. But they seam to know from whom to run and who doesn't want to hurt them. Unbelievable these animals.

You are blessed to became the chance, watching blue wales on your own boat. To avoid a collision, I think, I would had given them a hint, where we are, by hitting on deck or mast, to produce some noise.
