We started this business in 2016, and now we've grown to an agent that fulfills over 3,000 orders per day, mostly to America and Europe.
We do product sourcing, that's usually the beginning of the cooperation, we search for products and negotiate for good prices.
We inspect the quality, we receive products from manufacturers every day, and then we have to inspect the quality before shipping, making sure everything is good.
To make the daily fulfillment as quick as possible, some drop shippers would like to keep their inventory here at our warehouse, then we can fulfill the orders on the same day we receive the order information. By the way, inventory management does not incur extra costs.
We pack the products using strong packaging material to minimize the risk of being damaged in the transportation.
And some customers want to make private-label, customized packaging, that's something we can help with.

For most of the orders, we use fast shipping methods, it's on average 6-10 working days, all trackable. If any parcels get lost, we refund.
After we finish the connection between your store and our system, you don't have to do much about the orders, we take care of them, downloading the order list and uploading the tracking numbers automatically.
