In these 12 minutes, I released more emotions and pain around my regrets and deep sadness about the horrible things that happened at my wedding than I have in several sessions of therapy and long conversations with friends and family. They just didn’t understand. I needed to be with my myself, to forgive myself. Thank you for this mediation 🙏🏽❤

Beautiful Meditation. You asked what I am grateful for. My answer my cat. She got on the bed meowing my non lap cat gets on my belly kneading she was heavy so I pushed her off and continued to pet her.
