Thanks for the video. What city are you in?
ОтветитьLove that you're bringing new folks around to teach them the ins and outs of crick fishing! Those beef boys look like they could reel in a 50lb flathead with ease!
ОтветитьLike and a sub for me. Hot dog is my bait of choice too. Fat chicks and eels go for it every time.
ОтветитьAmazing!!... In Indonesia, this eel is called ( SIDAT )
ОтветитьI live in Montgomery County and have never caught an eel outside the Schuylkill River. They are plentiful in Philadelphia on the Skuke, the Delaware and any of their tributaries. I've also caught them at Conowingo Dam. May I ask what creek you are at?
ОтветитьVery good. I excited for the watching. IM from indonesia
ОтветитьIm moving to nc and was wondering if i could catch them there
Ответитьmantap sir
semoga sehat dan sukses selalu
salam dari indo,
terima kasih
Turn those gloves inside out. Forest service trick for better grip and let her life
ОтветитьCrEEk not "crick", that's what's in your neck lol
ОтветитьThat's not a crick, that's a creek
ОтветитьI like the way you catch eels in this content. the traps you use are very unique and possibly very environmentally friendly. thank you for sharing your story with me who is also an eel seeker....
ОтветитьAnd there really good eating to. 😋😛👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
ОтветитьI just caught an eel at this campground im vacationing in at this big lake and everyone is talking about it because apparently it’s the first eel ever caught here
It freaked me the hell out when I saw it, im relatively knew to fishing I was worried it was going to shock me or something 😂 snakes freak me out so the way it was slithering definitely was bothersome but boy what an experience
Very cool! I'm wondering what part of Pennsylvania is this and what time of year??
ОтветитьWhat an amazing Fishing video my friend ❤
ОтветитьEels are sexless until they reach about a foot long... and the sex they morph into depends on what the population of eels is in THEIR area at that time... If it is a good strong population, it will turn male... If there aren't many eels in their particular area, they will turn female in order to reproduce for more stock for THEIR in the future...
Ответитьfun fact for yall, american eels will not only go across land (mentioned in the video) they will go on land for FUN while it rains
ОтветитьI have a picture of an American eel I caught that was nearly 4ft long. I had chummed the water with a perforated can of wet dog food and some small dry dog food and there was a feeding frenzy the water churned for 50' of the shoreline. Things settled down and then she hit like a ton of bricks. I thought initially I caught a snapping turtle because of how strong it was. I had relatively light line because I was trout fishing so maybe 8lb test, since nothing bit earlier from chumming. It took 15 minutes to tire this behemoth out and it was incredible, big head and a body as big around as my forearm, i bet that eel weighed 10 lbs I feel like going back to that pond to see if I could break the world record because i know that one came close!!
ОтветитьBest catfish bait there is! The baby ones are great for stripers!!
ОтветитьAll American eels in freshwater are the female. The males live their lives in saltwater. The females travel downstream to the ocean when it is time to reproduce and they spawn in the Sargasso sea. One of the most fascinating life cycles of any fish.
ОтветитьHow hard are the to catch in a bigger creek or small river
ОтветитьWhat type hook are you using eagle claw or wire bream hook?
ОтветитьNice one there eating size there.
Ответитьis the hook baited? or bare?
Ответить
