You look so well, more than usual. Must be that raw egg! My grandma used to swear by them whenever she didn’t feel well. Honestly, I used to eat them raw regularly as a kid and never got sick. However, I love the taste of egg in desserts that I have created desserts to also capitalize on that flavor. I actually love Dutched cocoa desserts with egg. Yum!

On another note: I’d love to see videos with more history incorporated.

Just wanted to say that I loved this video! I'll be visiting Japan with a few friends in a couple of months. We've seen a lot of the other parts of Tokyo but not so much of Yokohama. We're hoping to fix that and your videos have provided some great inspiration!

I know that this is gonna sound wierd AF, but I feel like Martina is my mom in another dimension where she didn't marry my crappy father. And that makes me feel warm and fuzzy but also sad at the same time. I am so grateful that Martina exists and that she is doing her best to live the life that she wants. I would give anything for my mom to be able to do that.
