How incredibly sad that this level of talk show has disappeared into the mists of memory.

My dad has Parkinsons like Billy and it happens to the best of people unfortunately. To see your hero fading is hard to watch and deal with.

i'm an old Aussie now days, but David is truly a wonder of the world for all he has done. i love all animals and here we have some amazing ones. thing i find most interesting and a lot of people dont know is if you go into any place and sit still long enough you will have animals come out of the woodwork.
was on an army reserve camp in the 90s, was set up in an observation post watching a road for imaginary enemies. sat there for hours being eaten by mosquitoes. after 15 minutes of sitting still small lizards started moving around near me. i could then slowly put my hand down and have them jump onto it. within 30 minutes i had a bunch of skinks sitting all over me eating the mozzies that were biting the shit out of me.
it is amazing that things we used to think were basically biological robots we now find are far more intelligent and feeling then we knew. frogs and lizards as pets will come when called, show joy and affection when patted and stroked. even fish that do the same.
every time i hear a heavy duty bible follower say we are different from apes i laugh. they are capable of all the good and bad we do. they are our distant cousins. it is so funny when they try to draw an exact line between them and us being ape and human. humans are apes that branched off thats how evolution works. we are still apes.
but why are there still apes i hear some say if we are. for the same reason there are still wolves and domestic dogs. evolution isnt aiming for certain product and then wiping out the forerunner when something new pops up. that is just stupid and like saying humans should have killed off every monkey and ape like thing as soon as we became slightly different.

He seems to have gotten what he asked for in this interview... but instead of alzheimers disease, he got parkinsons disease, very sad yet very prophetic..

Yes so sad that he has gone. But he hasn't fully from what I've seen. Such is life, and so sad that our Parkinson has died. God bless them.

I love that watching a clip with two TV personalities whom I've loved watching for decades didn't disappoint me in either of them. Thank the gods. Love both these guys, for both very different, but oddly similar, reasons.

Billy Connolly & David Attenborough both legends, along with Parky who did great chat shows just letting his guests just talk without interrupting.

My wife and I had the privilege of attending a live performance of Billy. We never laughed so hard in our lives. He put on a three hour show with no break. Amazing funny man.

Pity to see a great show with Billy Connolly marred by the presence of traitor shill Sir Attenborough who spent decades pushing the fake climate change operation on humanity.
