She could wash her hands compulsively but if she’s not cleaning the filthy phone she keeps touching before touching the food, the handwashing is pointless. The majority of phones have more germs than the handle on a toilet. Yes, you wash your hands after you use the restroom - where was your phone? In your hands? On a surface? On the ground? Did you wash IT after you washed your hands?? I always get completely grossed out when I see a phone on anyone that touches my food.
