I just opened my brand new Kreg concealed hinge jig that you used in the video, but drilling the holes is going incredibly slow. It’s literally taking me 10 minutes to drill each hole, during which I am constantly having to remove the drill with the blade attached to blow out wood shavings and brush off the blade. What on earth am I doing wrong? Is my blade just super dull or something?

Do all concealed hinges have the same dimensions? This works on all hinges?
