ОтветитьHave you considered offering the landlord a couple of hundred dollars more and not having a full blown lease, but maybe just an agreement. You're essentially the property manager and pocket the rest of the profits.

ОтветитьIf they're trying to push this in your face then you know it isn't profitable. the real ideas that make money are not well known. They prey on immigrants and blacks with this idea unfortunately.
