Kikusui COS5020-ST Storage Oscilloscope Repair #1

I am attempting to fix an old Kikusui COS-5020-ST storage oscilloscope (20 Mhz 2-channel). The signal inputs and CRT seem to function correctly, but I am not getting a horizontal sweep or X-Y mode, my illuminated graticule light seems to be burned out, and the storage part is intermittent (I did get it to work once). I am hoping to work through this with the help of the online electronics enthusiast community. With your help, I will work through fixing this and post updates on the progress.
