I'm on my modest girly era since I'm actually being serious about being a Christian. I do love an open shoe, as long as I'm well covered up and don't bring attention to my boobs or butt it's good for me. I would definitely wear all of these outfits and ofc add my own style to them since I'm more edgy 😂 i don't wear pink that much but i do love a green or a baby blue moment when I'm feeling dainty.

Here's my personal story with modesty and the biggest lesson I learned if anyone cares to read: so many years ago I wanted to start dressing more modestly. I used to be a stripper so I was very comfortable showing my skin obviously but then I became a Christian and wasn't comfortable dressing that way anymore. I did research and read everything I could find on modesty and ended up wearing only dresses and skirts that hit the floor and even went as far as covering my hair. My husband was not very happy as I looked very frumpy and old lady like. So I kept struggling trying to find a way to look put together and beautiful but yet modest at the same time. Unfortunately there's not a whole lot of videos or inspiration out there that is both modest and cute. ( Until this video was made! 😉) Anyway, the struggle was real for many years and I finally came to this conclusion... I personally don't feel anymore that modesty is following a set of rules such as you can't show your collarbone, skirts must come past your knees, you can't show your arms, nothing tight and so on. I think what truly modesty means is the overall look when you're done putting the outfit together. I asked myself when I'm done dressing: does this look invoke sexual thoughts in the opposite sex? Do I look like I'm trying to attract attention? Would I be embarrassed to meet with someone of importance wearing this outfit? And I feel like if you could answer no to all those questions then you've hit the mark of modesty. Also, you should check to make sure that you can make any movement and not have to worry about your butt cheeks popping out or a breast falling out and so on. Then your good to go. Lol And as a side note, I also noticed when I started dressing modestly that I was treated with SO much more respect by everybody. It was quite amazing the difference it made.

This video would have been so helpful back when I started my journey especially when it came to trying to help my teenage daughter trying to dress modestly and yet still fit in at school. As a hijabi, to me it means covering my arms, legs, and neck (and of course the headscarf/hijab, but I mean clothes in general). of course, everyone has their own preferences. It makes me extremely happy to know that you made a video where you incorporated modesty into your outfits, thank you! <3

baggy clothes YES. open ripped pants not so much modest imo as we tend to like being covered up. like others have said, no stomach and not too high on the skirts/shorts . Personally, i dont mind the open shoulders now as before but I know many prefer no shoulders/upper arm showing for insecurities. and yes, open shoes is fine as well so you did good.

I dress modestly and find for me holes in jeans are fine as long as they dont go up too high or get wayyy to big. And I also find open toe shoes perfectly acceptable as modest! Thank you for this video on modest clothes! I am super passionate about modest being cute I appreciate it❤️❤️❤️

Everyone’s different with what modesty means to them. For me, dressing modestly (which I do sometimes) would mean I can wear open toe shoes, but I try to avoid excess of rips in jeans. The one in the knee to me was fine. But if they are too high up I try to avoid it. And I try to avoid things that are too short!

For me modest should exude elegance, feminity, respect and gracefulness.
When it comes to style I my style is to keep it flowy, light and femine. If we're talking about length I prefer to cover my arms and legs.

I think modest outfits are also more on the "elegant" and "chic" side, now is trending the "old money" style and I think is very modest. The essence is not to cover everything but to balance it, like if you wear a skirt showing the legs you would use something more modest in the top part and vice versa, or balancing the fit, like a bulk blouse with skinny pants with not everything skinny it's automatic more elegant...
