ОтветитьI've been following a 12 week program from another subscriber for the past year now. Today was my HIIT training and I happened to notice your video and decided I would incorporate this HIIT training in today's routine. Am I glad I did!! Had to take some extra breaks and rest more, but completed each exercise, both sets. Feeling fabulous after this one. Thank you so much for the simple but effective workout. Loved that this involved no jumping.

I am 170 LBS,5'6" tall, if i am able to do entire 30 min with 15lb Dumbbell (each hand) + 25LB backpack weight, what would be the approx calories burned after the workout? I am not fit, and do have belly, just trying to get in shape and stay healthy.

Ответитьi have supraspinatus tendinopathy in my right shoulder, so it's stiff and weak and i have limited movement, but still did this workout to get some strength. I am going to see an NHS physio soon, but know keeping an exercise routine will hopefully get me better quicker
ОтветитьI am new to this channel. found you by googling 30 min dumb bell workout. i just finished the whole workout. I replaced lunges with squats and weighted punches. I loved it. Am trying to stay away from cardio really, so this was perfect...i was sweaty but didn't feel my energy was depleted. Please can we have more of this!! And with some pumping motivating tunes too i will definitely be coming back for more.
