I am 77 and humbly say I have been told I look like 60
For 10 years I have been drinking 1 level tsp of Baking soda and 2tsp of applecider vinegar in a glass of warm water and down them quickly first thing every morning, and follow it with another 3 glasses of warm water. Sometimes I will drink the 3rd and 4th a bit slower. This has been my morning routine for many years. It gets me running to the toilet 1/2 from later, and it's a good clear out. My friend was so Thankful for this tip because she had colon cleansing therapy quite often.
So hope this will help someone. I only miss when I have to go out somewhere very early. 😊
