He said "Mr Magu " 😅 one of my fav cartoons as a kid. Glad someone still remembers 👍🏼
ОтветитьI have a shark self empty base and it doesn't do very well with cat hair. I also have irobot e5 and it beats the shark every time. I have vacuumed with the shark first to see how it picks up cat hair then I ran the irobot e5 today and the irobot bin was full of cat hair. I also had the eufy and it only lasted a year.
ОтветитьSolid vid, thanks
ОтветитьI have found plenty lower cost models that have Z mapping and mapping- so that's not true that they don't offer that.
ОтветитьLOL!
Your "high end" vaccuum scores a whopping 2 stars on ebay and costs over 2 and a half grand. No thanks! Next!
guess you can't trust all reviews...
Is this the guy from "You Just bought a, now what?" 😮
ОтветитьI have a Eufy 25c. I picked it up in the secondary market, brand new, for a sparkling $80 on Cyber Monday. Contrary to unintentional misinformation in this review, the Eufy 25c does have app control and works with Google Home and Alexa. That said, while adorable in its movements, it is stupid — adorably stupid. It has three basic cleaning motions: follow a wall always counterclockwise, spin around a table/chair leg, and shoot off in a random direction. It switches between these strategies every 20 seconds unless its wide eye detects, or it bumps into, something else. We named ours GIR, after Invader Zim's wacky, erratic, comedic relief, robotic assistant. Due to its navigation inefficiency, this is a great robot for small homes/apartments less than 800 sq ft. We also creatively decorated ours with glow in the dark beads, so you don't accidentally step on it for midnight snack attack or bathroom break. The Eufy 25c's base station has a couple blinking infrared beacons on it — think two TV remotes sending a constant signal directing the Eufy back to base and to align its approach to the charger — as this model doesn't have mapping to remember it's charge port's location— keep that in mind when placing the base station or this model will wander for an hour looking for home. Performance-wise, it's great; no complaint. And, for a bargain basement $80, I have no complaints to never have to vacuum again.
Edit: two more things: its drop detection is fairly poor; I've picked it up and it keeps going for a second before this machine with a personality realizes it's no longer on the floor — I'm glad I don't have stairs. Also, it has an infrared lantern in its 150° eye to illuminate its immediate path in low light conditions— so as most people are buying this mass produced model as their first robot vacuum cleaner — yes, it will work in the dark.
Not one word about privacy lol
ОтветитьTip: I added a puck light to mine. It's better.
ОтветитьThank you for this info... started researching so many "buying guides" are just manufacturers ad's verbatim and no comparisons between any models.
ОтветитьThanks for the informative reviews, much needed for a first time robo vac buyer
Ответитьshould of known a chubby indian nerd would be hosting this video.
ОтветитьDo not play music while you are talking........sigh
ОтветитьSo... you guys go from a budget sub 200$ example to a mid-range 600-700$ one? That is a massive jump in price, I believe that people would also like to see 400$ examples.
ОтветитьI think these are the best inventions for the modern day Apartment. But I don’t think they are smart enough to do a huge home. Say over 1500 sq ft.
ОтветитьLooking to spend under $500 for mopping 2200sqft of luxury vinyl floors with 1 low pile rug. I have no pets but mostly need for spills and crumbs in the kitchen and dining area and regular cleaning throughout. Which lidar based robot with good customer service will MOP the best in my price range? Was looking at roborock S7, s5 max and Ilife w450? Any others to consider? For ex Dreametech? TIA
ОтветитьHow do we go from under $200 to over $600? What about the in between?
Ответитьthe slternative is a maid in this segment
ОтветитьRoborock has all the stuff roomba has for well less than half the cost
ОтветитьKitty! You get a like 👍 for that
ОтветитьWe love our basic Eufy 11S Max. Sure, it's dumb, but it eventually gets every nook and cranny and it's actually fun to watch. It was super easy on the wallet too.
ОтветитьSheesh! The human race is lazy. Complains about cleaning. Builds robots to clean for them. Complains about having to empty the bin.
ОтветитьMi Robot is better…..
ОтветитьHow would you compare the two higher end vacuums you showed and the Eufy RoboVac X8 Hybrid?
ОтветитьI think two smaller bots with a base station and dust bin would be awesome. These bots are severely limited by their size. Having two smaller guys zipping around into tight spaces would be way more efficient and clean, although expensive.
ОтветитьOk, I have not heard Mr. Magoo reference in years - that made me stop and LOL.
Ответитьdo you know Arnagar S8?comparing roborock and ecovacs, are they similar?
ОтветитьNot gonna lie mine definitely spread excrement across my kitchen floor one day 😆 I have the Eufy 35c and the only con about it is it repeats cleaning because it doesn’t map out where it’s cleaning but other than that it’s the best vacuum in my house I have a Dyson I have a brand new Bissell stick vacuum and an Electrolux vacuum and I’m telling you that little robot cleans the best !!!!
ОтветитьIt's mentioned in the video that Eufy 25C doesn't have app control but the fact is it does.
ОтветитьHe jumps right from a $188 vac to a $600+ "midrange". How about $200-$400?
Ответитьhow did wer get from buget under 200$ to mid range of 600-700$ lul
ОтветитьGreat video, I have one more question. What robot vacuum is the best at climbing over small things like room dividers? Because my Eufy gets stuck in the hallway/bedroom section of my house and in the kitchen and can't make it into the living room, because of those little dividers on the floor.
ОтветитьThey seem cool, but I’ll wait a few years to jump in and buy one.
ОтветитьSO glad I stayed for the end of the video! Well done!
ОтветитьGreat video 🙂👍 structured ✅ entertaining ✅ informative ✅
ОтветитьYou just convinced me none of these are worth it. Total time to clean room with a cordless? Five minutes and it does it better, exactly the way you like it.
ОтветитьI personally have a Eufy 25C and an Ilife...something... and I love them! I call them my little floor demons as if you have someone over or are just walking around, you can trip over them, or they both come at you in full speed!
In all seriousness though, the Eufy 25C is a fantastic vacuum for beginners!
Will the S9+ avoid poo, too?
ОтветитьNice comparison of robot vacuum, i want a robot vacuum with remote control.
ОтветитьDoes anyone like the new Eufy x8?
ОтветитьHow does a cheaper one with random navigation make it to my bedrooms and happen to go down the hallway and then turn left? It might just keep bumping back and forth in the living room furniture. Am I missing something?
ОтветитьThe difference between the low-end and mid-range prices is ridiculous. There are vacuums for $200-$300 and the mid-range should be within this price. $130-$600 is not a reasonable jump.
Ответитьanyone know best vacc for uneven tile ie: Mexican tile?? Does it matter type of tile ie: even to uneven tile?
ОтветитьThe last feature is a bit disturbing. People don’t clean up after their pet?
ОтветитьI own a Wyze Robot Vac and work super! I'm super happy with it.
ОтветитьWhere can I buy elbow grease?
ОтветитьWhat a helpful and professional review. Thank you
ОтветитьRoborock s7 is definitely not midrange…
