Question, does the new trail hawk have trac or drive for traction control?

I've watched a few of your videos, and there's a few GCs that have Toe Hooks with a Bull Guard added. For a 2019 GC, I've been looking for to add a Bull Guard with the Existing Toe Hooks. Do those that have both of these customize the Bull Guard?

Who exactly put up those half-assed guard rails? Look kind of shabby, but what's the purpose of them?

Its a shame the ELSD in the WL platform doesn't work as well as it does in the WK2 platform

That new grand Cherokee is beautiful but if those 33” tires are as big as you can go that definitely changes the game

Articulation is the key as to why some of the Jeeps made it up the obstacle. FYI when you spot, use one form of directives, driver passenger or hand signals. Try not to go back and forth.

For more flex/suspension travel in the WL, the suspension has to be in the second to highest setting. More travel means more traction. This also will help make use of the disconnectable sway bar. The highest setting is meant for clearing an obstacle a tall obstacle then going back down to the second highest level. Also if he was in 4 Low, the transmission starts out in 2nd gear so the driver will have to manually shift in to 1st if they want lower gearing in 4 Low.
Glad to see a new WL out having fun.

The last real "Jeep" was the TJ (the JK and JL's are absolute trash underneath except for the Transfer case and the axles, everything else is mini-van garbage), this is just more cute-ute junk from Fiat. As always, if you want the best 4wd you buy or built a TOYOTA.

Is this the EV Trailhawk?
I have a 2020 5.7L Hemi Trailhawk in Sting Gray with is a Color that I just LOVE but I was told that Jeep had dropped it on the Grand Cherokees. My Trailhawk is fully loaded that I love and has been keeping up with many Rubicons as long as the trail does not get too Crazy since I am still running the Factory Tires but I have assisted a few NEW Broncos that have gotten stuck and I have pulled them out with a tow strap.

the trailhawk final drive ratio of 47.4:1 better than the 4 runner! seems the 4 runner struggled due to old crap tires and not airing down enough. easy fix.

Would you say that the WL has better articulation than WK2?. Also, it seems to me that Quadra Drive 2 is a little bit slower in the WL than WK2.

I would like to see how your WK2 will do on that trail to compare WL and I notice that you not driving your WK2 on the trails.

The WL did good! It took some technical lines and made it through. Tire size and it’s weight are definitely a limitation, but for 99% of the stuff out there the Trailhawk can do just fine and still be a civil drive on the road as a daily driver. I hope that guy enjoys wheeling it!

Other than towing and breakover was there anything that your Grand Cherokee Trailhawk did better than the gladiator off-road? I'm just wondering if there were any anomalies. I'm also curious about the new one.

It's surprising how much understeer that red 4runner had on that obstacle. You could reduce the understeer by putting it in two-wheel drive that would definitely induce oversteer. I don't know if he would have moved forward but something to try if you can't steer the vehicle actually take it out of four-wheel drive and the rear wheel drive will help the back end come around.

It's a suspension balance issue. Tinker's adventure talks about it with the FJ. You need either independent suspension all the way around or solid axles all the way around for balanced suspension based on what I've seen.

As for disconnecting the front sway bar, people have to remember that that actually reduces functional ground clearance so if you don't really need the flex and you would rather have the clearance I would leave it connected.
