As asian, I honestly truly like the version of adding cream one than only yolk and cheese. My preference tho but the yolk cheese one have different unique flavor as well. Food all tasty when itcomes into my mouth esophagus and stomach. Im watering typing abt this 👄🤤

And there is no bacon in carbonara. Guanciale is not a bacon. And the egg sauce has pasta boiled water which makes the sauce at 60C. Plus the fake Vergara accent is bad.

Yeah yeah like y'all been eating carbonara this way , without cream cheese ,mushrooms & butter oh and not to forget some people even eat their carbonara with them Chopsticks 🥢 lol , but complaining about authentic Italian Carbonara isn't made with cream..... Only if double standards had limits .

Cheese are made from milk, so does cream. So in a way they’re related?

I've tried twice to make it and both times I've overcooked the eggs and it ruins the texture. I want to make sure it's hot enough for them to be cooked, because the idea of raw egg in my pasta kind of grosses me out, but I haven't found the right temperature yet.

Carbonara is one of my favourites, and this is the reason I usually cook it myself instead of eating it at a restaurant xD I've been disappointed too many times. Drowned in cream, decorated with bacon that you usually eat for breakfast, a thick layer of Parmigiano, I've seen it all. It's atrocious 😂

Iv'e been to Italy plenty of times a really wonderfull country with amazing food Iv'e been to Rome Venice Florence Amalfi and alot of smaller cities. But iv'e never been served carbonara without cream.
