Wow this is sooo good!
ОтветитьThank you very much for your videos.
ОтветитьI'm thoroughly captivated by this. I recently found something similar, and it was life-changing. "Your Body Your Temple" by Sophia Wintergreen
ОтветитьYou are saving my life with each video
ОтветитьThis is so fantastic. Thank you Heidi. :)
ОтветитьThank you for your videos! I'm really loving them. It's still crazy to me that Nathaniel Branden was romantically tied early on to Ayn Rand.
ОтветитьThank you! I just bought the Branden book so I could do some work on my self-esteem and this video came up. I love your authenticity and knowledge. Thank you for doing what you do.
ОтветитьSimply WOW ❤
ОтветитьBe the flame, not the moth
❤❤❤
Thanks❣️
ОтветитьStep 2: Face your conflicts head on. Actually sit down with the people you are having conflict with.
I have a serious question about this. I desperately want to be able to sit down with this person. However, they absolutely will not sit down with me. She will not discuss. She will not have a conversation with me. She has completely frozen me out. She has blocked everywhere, and has made it clear she absolutely will not speak with me, period.
I feel I do not deserve this treatment. This has seriously affected my self-esteem. I feel stuck because I cannot process or express my emotions. I cannot resolve this conflict, because she will not let me.
What can I do in this case?
Hi, my name is Valerie. I’ve enjoyed watching your stuff so far and was introduced to it about a week and a half ago. In one of your previous episodes I heard you mention when you were talking about dealing with certain pain and how we can be addicted to anything as a coping strategy for that pain. it doesn’t have to be just drugs or alcohol, etc. when you shared your experience of travel being an addiction for you. I too have come to realize that same thing in myself it. I feel very unsettled and have to move often just to move to that place to fill unsettled. and when you. helped me see this in myself as an addiction I am unsure why it is if I am feeling like I’m running away from something? Maybe it’s that I am searching for happiness. I’m not 100% sure? Or trying to find something? Would love your thoughts on this on how you Worked through and healed or deal with this because I would like to get to a settled, less restless, anxious place mentally. Thank you again I truly appreciate all that you are sharing with the world.
ОтветитьGreat videos
ОтветитьI can fix democracy. Thanks for the inspiration!!
ОтветитьDo you have a video on ways we can be more giving and be a flame rather than a moth
ОтветитьHeidi I am so grateful for your magnificent work you are such a guiding light for our world. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤
ОтветитьYour videos have been instrumental in my development into a happy and healthy human.
🙏 THANK YOU!!!!!!!!! 🙏
You are so knowledgeable. What 12 srep groups have you done and will you be going to go into private practice?
ОтветитьYou’re awesome! Thank you 🙏
Ответить#5. They're not helpful for you, for ME rather. Who is this person who shows up to save me or rescue me? Not anybody who's actually helpful to me as well. Intentioned as they may be, that's not someone I want in my life and not the person. I want to be on the other side
Ответитьwe need beauty standards as the generation has let itself go.
ОтветитьYou make me feel like I want to bake a cake for you. You are simply AWESOME!
ОтветитьWow Heidi, I have been watching you for a while now and I have to say that this is the best video I have ever seen on self-esteem. The way you break down those points, really makes it easy to see why we struggle with low self-worth and self-sabotage. This has been my case for a very long time. I now see that it is easy to build one's self -esteem by doing these things . I intend to start practicing them immediately. Thank you for being a light in this world, much love ❤ from Kenya 🇰🇪.
Ответить10/10 advice!
ОтветитьDid I give more than I took from the river of life today? I try and ask myself that daily
ОтветитьWhat a fantastic topic!! Spot on
ОтветитьThis has been really helpful. So far I have watched 4 videos from @heidipriebe1 and every single one of them is absolutely to the point, not a single sentence unnecessary, not a single second wasted. 😊 Really great work @heidipriebe1
ОтветитьHeidi, you are amazing! My life has improved significantly since listening to your videos. Iv been struggling so much and I feel like you picked me up from the ground and walked with me until i felt ready to walk on my own. Thank you! Its safe to assume you have helped countless people with your knowledge! 👏
Ответить❤thank you very much
ОтветитьThank you, as always! This is what I need today to get out there and live my life in the most loving way.
ps --- epoch times 😞 has an ad at the end of this video. fyi.
Everyone should read Nathaniel Brandon's books. Just so you know.
ОтветитьCan anyone remember the questions she advises to write down to ask yourself daily on your journaling - can find it in which video she talked about
ОтветитьThank you Heidi Priebe. Youre Ace. 🙏🤗❤️🙂
ОтветитьShe said irregardless 😂
Ответить❤️🩹
ОтветитьIf anyone doesn’t know “What I Can Not Change” by LeAnn Rimes, I think it would pair very well with this message!
ОтветитьLove your videos but with respect, please be mindful when making statements about tweeting about someone being a narcissist. I am recovering from narc abuse and a comment like that would have been (a year ago) triggering (and even today I find it invalidating) and have me thinking it’s about sitting down and talking things through with them. So potentially quite dangerous. If I’m struggling with a solution, my other alternative isn’t to find victim or perpetrator labels and I’m sure I’m not alone in this so this isn’t me taking your content personally, i think it just comes across as demeaning which is a shame because it dilutes your content which is really good.
ОтветитьYou are a legend, the best channel I discoverd in very long while, massive thanks!
ОтветитьThis book came out a long time ago, like the 70’s… or the 90’s.
ОтветитьSteps 8 & 10 are principles in stoicism that absolutely work! 😃❤🙏✌
ОтветитьI’m trying to workout where my partners self esteem is. She was putting nudes on Instagram and I wasn’t ok with it. She said it’s just a body and she said that she felt so free doing so. I can’t figure out if this is a result of having massive confidence or is it attention seeking behaviour in an attempt to self soothe in some way?
ОтветитьI love the way Heidi Priebe presents topics. I've listened to at least five videos so far, and find the material very helpful. She comes across as genuine, educated in the subjects, encouraging and kind.
Thank You Heidi!!!
Stop feeling like a victim first!
ОтветитьThere so many ways to see, understand, view the same thing. The same wisdom has always been around, but the terms and definitions simpl change and evolve over time.
ОтветитьI know it's an old video and you've probably updated your sources on body positivity, but in case it didn't happen - the understanding of the movement you're showing here is very misinformed. Body positivity is all about taking care of yourself through connecting with a body you have now by meeting it where it's at without distorting the reality of present and future. It's not about being ugly, unhealthy and self-neglected for a sole purpose of combating beauty standards.
ОтветитьThank you so much!❤😊
