Most of these encounters, I treat as target practice.
In my latest playthrough, I have definitely already killed the thugs disguised as soldiers.

The 'Milk drinker Adventurer' also comes as an Orc or a Nord. Not sure if it's official or just the agreed upon term but the wiki lists them as 'Taunting Adventurer'.

for the thugs dressed as Imperial soldiers, if you are in the Legion with high rank, you'll have a different dialog option

I've gotten Deep In His Cups twice in one playthrough. The second time he came up while I was fighting a dragon which got me killed since his dialog left me frozen while the dragon attacked.

If you're dressed in nightingale armor or thieves guild armor for the thief encounter, he has different unique dialogue.

In thieves guild armor, he says your his brother and gives you coin. You can also tell them you're in the thieves guild to stop him from fighting you

If you're wearing nightingale armor, they'll say "Hail Nightingale! Luck has shined down on me and made me a rich man. Here is your cut, as promised. Good luck out there!"

Where is that guy who stole axe or something and give it to you for later pick up. He usually run away from person he robbed. Also there are hunters in wood. Idk if those are unique but hey not common like bandits. Skyrim belongs to bandits….

If you already have a bottle of Honningbrew Mead on you when you encounter the Revelers and offer them the bottle, that will get you a Charmed Necklace, a unique necklace with a Fortify Carry Weight enchantment that you can disenchant.

If you are in the imperial army, you can oust those fake soldiers. It's an interesting dialog

Also the thief who robs you have different dialog if you are in the guild or the leader after finishing the quest line. I believe the thief will give you stuff if the latter is true
