Fun fact for any non restaurant workers who may be watching this. That one cook who we see the close up of as he's chopping with the blue tape on his finger. It's probably not hard to figure out but the reason the tape is there is because he's cut his finger. The fun fact though is that, the reason he's using blue tape, is because blue is a color that occurs very, very rarely in the natural world, so it really stands out if it's in your food. So by having blue tape covering up your cuts, if by any chance it comes off while you're cooking it will make it much easier to notice it in the food before that food gets served to a customer.

Kitchen life is hard please try other jobs if you love your family or if want to spend time with people or person you care about please do not work in the kitchen
