Is it a bad idea to wear these while you have shoes on?

great video. initially i was curious about toe spacers and what their uses were and what benefits such a device might have upon my lifestyle as a whole. as the seconds dragged by the video became more and more unwatchable and i clicked pause. the fellow talking to the camera is wearing a blue t shirt, an undergarment. he is flapping his hands and making gesticulations like a puppet, this might be necessary in a stage play or a motion picture shoot, but nobody else is yapping away and there can be little confusion on who is speaking. perhaps the fellow believes himself to be a puppet of some kind, but if so he is clearly a ventriloquist dummy because his face is opening up while he is making noises. the complete lack of style of the production and the strict orthodox cliche you tube style you tube video presented here is corny and embarrassing to behold. i no longer care about toe spacers and am giving a thumb down. doctors should stick to pushing drugs for big pharm and get out of showbiz altogether, or at least buy a gosh damn fekkin shirt. also a doctor with muscles? no thanks. nobody wants a gym rat fingering their private areas or choosing their drug of choice. don't quit your night time second career as a underwear model, doctor tricep. smell ya never

Great video and explanation. I use a brand called Correct Toes. They are exactly like the ones in the intro of the video. I have bunions and plantar fasciitis atm and the separation is helping. ❤

Wanna save some money and not use a plastic spacer that will eventually degrade or just not feel great? Space your toes with a sock doubled, or more between your toes. Works well, free and soft which is way more comfortable for beginners. Be patient with yourself and remember and be grateful for your strengths! Great job taking care of yourself!!

I use those Yoga Toes. Not comfortable...like they hurt your feet when you walk so I wear them while lying or sitting down. When you take them off, you can see your toes are spaced temporarily...which is good. I recommend them if you want to just stretch or separate your toes after wearing shoes all day or have a slight bunion.

How many hours a day should you wear these once you build up time? I just wore them for four hours.

I watche d a video about shoes and our toes. It’s crazy how people made shoes like this, I’m just now learning about this and my thumb toe is to the side since I was 11. I realized I have shoes like crocs that have big toe space and my mom did get me the one between my big toe and second toe beside it.I’ll ask her wear it is sense I’m interested now 👍🏽. I’m not aware and educated, that’s why kids in Africa have natural angled toes than people who wear shoes 😂 and they can actually use their muscles to they’re stronger too 🔥 💯
