Hello , is it possible to use on 2mm thikness ? Or lower ?
ОтветитьSorry ...thank you for this video
Ответитьthanks mate for upload video greeting from Indonesia
ОтветитьWould you mind going a touch more in depth on the cleaning procedure for alum. stick welding. This could open up some possibilities for some of us. Great work Zila.

Why is there so little spatter?
ОтветитьNice Guy!
ОтветитьWow, that's the best aluminum stick welding I've seen!
ОтветитьDie Alurauchwolke ist extrem gersundheitsschädlich...
Absaugung direkt am Werkzeug und ein Überdruck Schweißhelm(Speedglas mit Adflow)
Wären sehr empfehlenswert...
Take care....
What amps are u running?
Ответитьwhat is the brand of rod?
ОтветитьI wonder if a very powerful AC arc welder can do this.
ОтветитьPERFECT!!!
ОтветитьOk
ОтветитьWhat's the thickness of rod and amperage
ОтветитьWould be nice if they would explain things a bit more. What amp, what welder and so on
ОтветитьHi Peter! Great 👍 plate warm up and weld! Thumbs up 👍 Have a good week buddy!
ОтветитьCan I use a Lincoln 225 arc welder on 70 amp DC with this rods for this type of job ?
ОтветитьNo special settings on your welder? No preheat? How many amps? EN or EP? I tried some Hobart 3/32 aluminum electrodes and at first I had a little bit of success and very strong weld but after that 4 or 5 inches of short welding I couldn't get anything good at any amps I tried. I saw another video I think you did where you used DC pulse. Thank you for posting these.
ОтветитьGreat welding! But I whould really recomment smoke extraction for you guys health😶
ОтветитьMine is a piece of shite. I think it's the rod that makes the difference. I dont think i'll ever find a proper rod in my country....😔 I have no idea why they have to sell shitrods... like dont they test it before they sell it?
