Fulltone Fulldrive 3 Overdrive Pedal Review - Sweetwater Sound

90 % of talking what for?????

I got the 10th anniversary mosfet full drive 2, it is red sparkly paint. Ok, but the boost and od can not be used independently! You can not just use the boost.. How about this one? Are they totally separate, so you can use one or the other, independently? What exactly does "comp cut"mean? That is also on the one I got, but I dont know what it actually means. Is it cutting, as in getting rid of something, or what?

I still have my ancient FD-2 from the late-90s. It’s been on my pedalboard since the 90s. I think it’s the best OD available. I need to try this one.

Man I really like that strat with the modifications you have done to it.

Put Celestion Vintage 30 in that Blackface Deluxe and it will handle pedals beautifully. The amp will even sound louder too.

Hey I made my last music video with that pedal. A lot of dynamics if you plug it into 18v. I prefer the wide mode for tube screamer genre, and the comp cut mode for pre amp. But it's not a versatile overdrive for me.

Don’t know why people search for other pedals. I have a Fulldrive 2 Mofset blue. Les Paul Classic, Marshall Origin 20. Retubed the amp, 9v seems to be better to my ears. Best tone in the world, Mike Campbell meets Jerry Cantrell when I push it with my compressor that is. Only upgrade is getting a FD3! 🤣

if people want to sound like a gainy marshall why do they always by fenders

the problem is... the deluxe reverb 65 i'ts not a good pedal platform, the jensen speaker sounds farty and sometimes hissy with overdrive and distortion pedal. also the bright cap in the tremolo channel get the tone worse. I swap the jensen with a celestion v30 for use pedals in it. It works.

Nice demo, great playin but; I like it better if you are switching/turning knobs while playing instead of; stop, turn, play on. Then you can hear the difference better... imo.

Nice demo man!!! Very pro and my favorite thing YOU ARE IN TUNE hehehe. Great pedal I want one NOW!!!! I run tube amp and like it's 2 channels to be very clean and the other very gained up so I need a good crunch sound and a clean boost so this will be great

What voltage is the pedal being run at in this video?

I just traded some stuff for this pedal yesterday. I just tried it and I like it. I don't use much overdrive playing true country but I do on a song or two. Sounds good at the house but will try it at a gig. So far so good.

j rocket and fulltone are the best in the 200 pedal price range

except the dude overdeive and lenny boost I use

I really like SWEETWATER videos n tutos-- bout this pedal I like that the boost runs independently cause that does not happen with MOSFET FD2 .. but I got just one question..between this Fulltone Fulldrive 3 n' OCD which one gets the clearest crunch? I'll appreciate someone reply.. t-you =)

Nice demo. Less talk and more switching while playing same the riff would be nice so I could get a clear impression how the pedal actually changes the sound. Also would like to hear the boost on/off on same riff, without talking in the middle.. :)
