On a completely unrelated note, you mentioned doing yoga. I tried yoga once a long time ago, but then I did some research about what yoga truly is, and its origins in Hinduism. As a Christian, I concluded that yoga is not something I should be doing, and I would guess that it is something a religious Muslim would find inappropriate as well. If you haven't already, I would encourage you to research the matter yourself and see if you agree.

I absolutely love your style and the color palette of your clothes. I have recently discovered the term of modest clothing and is such a relief. It is not for religious reasons or insecurity I just feel much more confortable and in my own skin when wearing this style. I find myself not using the skin showing clothes as much. The main idea behind that head covering is to not to draw men's attention; however, all that make up and fashion is counteracting that idea. It's confusing to me !!

I love these! I've done the backwards shirt hack before. I find that for necklines that need to be altered, I often pin them shut with a brooch until I get around to sewing them. It looks nice & the brooch can be a statement piece of jewelry. I just find them at old thrift shops, garage sales, etc. 😊
