the light behind Paolo when he just entered the house was flashing like crazy, it was sending a warning sign!!!
ОтветитьI would to see this house after the renovations
ОтветитьI’d love to see this house after the renovations! It’s a nice house!
Another awesome video ^^
$400,00 USD !!! I'll take (2) !!!
ОтветитьGood size house. Yes can we see how is going to look after the renovation, please. Thx.
ОтветитьHas fully finished “slightly used” house built on land.
Appraiser: I see only land. $400k.
STEP 1: Make less haunted.
ОтветитьThe light flickering behind him I'm the beginning, made me tense, like something bad was gonna happen😂
Ответить🤯
Ответитьyour real estate "friend" is fucked LMAO
Ответитьpaid 555k USD price for a 2 room small apartment, 20min drive away from Sydney center. hahaha. How sad is it living in Australia 😐 If I could live in Japan definitely buying old house and full renovating it. Would cost so much less than my current location.
ОтветитьPlease show us how it is all done 👍🏼
Ответитьman that 軽井沢 over there worth $5000 USD
ОтветитьWow a Japanese house built in the 1980s that’s how long my parents have been married and my mom has a old western saddle that’s the same age interesting plus I saw a mascot in the video I have a mascot phobia you should do a video on if you do have a mascot phobia but want to visit japan but want to avoid mascot that could help I don’t know thy but mascots make me uncomfortable my older brother traumatized me with like this scream mask from when I was 5,6, or 7 years old so know I have mascot/cosplay phobia along with puppets/dolls don’t get a Mexican puppet my brother traumatized me and my second older brothers with that puppet and bugs?!
ОтветитьThat house is not 400k💀 more like 20k
ОтветитьShe's got beautiful bones. A very 80's style interior, that's for sure! Provided there were any noteworthy bad building practices from that era, just needs a fresh paintjob and some new appliances!
ОтветитьHey Paolo - love your videos, and would love them even more if you can drop the 'guys' and think about some more inclusive language - continue to be awesome!
ОтветитьWould definitely love to see the reno progress or at least after it’s done. Would be good advertisement for the airbnb too so win win?
ОтветитьThis would be my dream to live in Japan, buy a minka style home or one like this and renovate it to live in
ОтветитьIs there a day in a like of a yakuza vlog???
ОтветитьAlcohol do not go bad after years, so it is safe to drink, it doesn't have expiration date also.
Ответитьhahaha!!! that was some cheeeeeap booze, mate. that Suntory you pulled from the box - you can still buy that at many 7-11s, and for only 1800円 or so. but i know that feeling well, when you see what looks like a wonderful find, a rare treasure.
Still, the booze would still be good, and though not great (like the fake Scotch whiskies), it wouldn't be bad. Ask your realtor friend to keep it as part of your promotional fee
i would renovate then move in once finished
ОтветитьThose are some nice scotches! They must be so lonely...my cupboard would happily re-home them 😮
Ответить400k is NUTHIN !! That would easily go for 1.5M in Seattle
ОтветитьAmazing value for the size and proximity to Japan's biggest city. You won't find a house in Australia these days for that price. Housing market in Australia is out of control. Love your work mate.
ОтветитьWith the intro songs, Im always waiting for that "Go go go go go Shanty it's your birthday!"
Ответитьlooks haunted when its dark lol
ОтветитьThis is cool but I sort of wish you had gone with someone who knows about houses. I don't mean any offense by that though, I just wish we could learn about the history of the house and architecture choices in more detail, like we would if it was the "Day in The Life" series
ОтветитьAwesome video as always Paolo. This house has quite a lot of treasures in it I hope your friend took the time to go through the cabinets and save the treasures. I also like to see it when your friend is done with the renovations.
Ответитьyes i would lol
ОтветитьI want to buy that house and donate to japanese homeless
ОтветитьAlmost looks like the house from the movie "The Grudge"
ОтветитьNews report from London: £300,000 would buy you a garage here, or a studio flat that needs work in a dodgy, grotty outer borough.
ОтветитьYes, please show us the updated look!
ОтветитьBloody bargain for Japan, even considering its in the immediate surroundings. Spend another 200k and u have a 1 mil house...splash pool, gazebo, new kitchen, wc's and some wooden floors...👌
ОтветитьStrange that the alcohol and other items were just left there. Does anyone know why the house has been vacant so long? I would have to remodel the stairs for sure, lol. Would love to see the renovations!
ОтветитьIf the bottles are still unopened you can definitely still drink them.
ОтветитьThis would be 6million in Sydney
ОтветитьDo a day in a life of a software engineer in japan
ОтветитьWould love to see the house after renovations
ОтветитьMan 400k here gets you a condo lol
ОтветитьWould love to see this house renovated. She has so much potential
ОтветитьPretty nice when you compare to what $400,000 can buy you in many areas of the US. That would be several million in Manhattan. Especially with the yard space.
ОтветитьSo is it the same as it is in the US? a minimum of 20% down payment? I mean where I live that house would be more like 121181600.00 Yen in the shape it's in.
ОтветитьProbably live in a couple rooms and renovate the rest to start 😊✌🏼
ОтветитьI believe an unopened bottle of Suntory Old Whisky is valued at almost $1,000 USD. If your friend had 50-100 more bottles of that hidden in the basement he could sell, them and pay for the home renovation.
ОтветитьYES! We will need a follow-up video of what it looks like completed after renovations. I love seeing this aspect of life in Japan!
