She's a natural in front of the camera! That's a big plus for an agent.
ОтветитьThis is quite inspiring, I've learnt a lot from this video. Thank you so much for sharing. Please keep teaching us, I'm going to try this method.
ОтветитьLove the video bro, so just making sure I understand it... The B Roll and A Roll with your wife talking, was both shot in 60 fps? And you adjusted the SS depended on lighting??
ОтветитьDo you have a video for how you do the edit?
ОтветитьGreat video! What are your gimbal settings? It’s really smooth
ОтветитьHi Chris, great video. I do have a question as I watched through your video, if I try to avoid memorizing scripts as I move around the house showing the tour, is it a valid or feasible solution to somehow mount the telepromopter onto gimbal? Are there any challenge to do so? and do you have combination and gimbal and teleprompter to recommend that work really good together? Thanks heaps Chris!
ОтветитьSuch great information, thanks so much. Can I ask though, why can't the master be a master in Canada? Why does it have to be called a "primary"?
ОтветитьChris— thanks for the BTS sharing of your expertise! Question for Chris or anyone: With this video being shot at 60fps with the audio of someone talking, doesn't that mean the audio will be sped up or slowed if the speed of a clip is retimed on a 30fps or 24fps timeline?
ОтветитьHey. Great vid. Very informative. My question is, what would you charge an estate agent for something like that? Thx in advance
Ответитьdo you shoot this in raw video? and then color grade it? or just strait out of camera?
ОтветитьThe best tutorial I've come across on this topic. Super good team. Thank you for sharing....
ОтветитьDo you shoot this in slog 3? Auto white balance?
ОтветитьI can say that I'm new to video shooting and this video helped me a lot in getting to know the RS3 Mini. It also helped me improve my shooting angles and video shooting technique. Watching you shoot the video and seeing how you shoot helped me understand a lot. Thank you for the video dude :)
ОтветитьI just started looking into doing property tours and photography just got all my gear including the dji camera stabiliser which happens to be the same one ur using 😅. This video was very help ful for a beginner like me could you do a vid showing how to use the stabiliser
ОтветитьA little more in depth on camera settings would be amazing, auto focus which focal point ISO etc
ОтветитьI took loads from this, thank you!
Ответитьwhat type or brand model is the dual handle brackets? thanks
ОтветитьHow much do you charge for the video shoot?
ОтветитьChris you're good! Very well done and thought out. However, your wife is a natural. She has a lot of great charisma on screen.
ОтветитьI’m looking at starting to create real estate walkthroughs and this video is incredibly helpful. I was intending to get the Nikon 14-13mm f4 lens. You say that you shoot with f1.8 at 14mm. Do you think f4 would be ok or do I really need the wider aperture?
Ответитьwhich handles for the ronin are these?
ОтветитьI love how she correct your when you pronounced “garage” 😂 my wife corrects me all the time lol
ОтветитьGreat Video Thank you so much
ОтветитьYour wife constantly reminds me of Eleven from Stranger Things! Thanks for putting this awesome video together for us!
ОтветитьWhere'd you get the 2 hand accessory for the gimbal?
ОтветитьChris, this was an awesome video, thanks! I'm new to videography and was wondering if you have a video on the editing stage. After seeing how you got the footage, it would be great to see how you turned it into the final product. Thanks, Adi
ОтветитьChris, I absolutely loved your videography tutorial, I was wowed!
A couple of things, my friend.
I assume that your wife for this video shoot was a hired actress, and if so, was the client charged more?
I am in the Genesis of real estate photography 📸 and because of that I desire to offer my clientele packages that may include stills, and aerial shots in additional to interior video; how do you schedule your day in a way that you're not overwhelmed with appointments? 😊
For example: since no 2 days are exactly alike, how do you limit your workload without overdoing it?
Thanks for your effort and time in covering this subject.
As a young person just starting to get into filming, this video was amazing and has showcased a tone of helpful tips and tricks. Thank you so much Chris!
ОтветитьHey Chris, I have a rookie question.... what program/s do you use to send your work over to your clients? I am trying to find a way to send over 4k Video and Raw and or JPEG photos and haven't come to find anything yet.
ОтветитьThis is very informational and useful to see. Im not going to lie, I have a bit of anxiety getting myself started with real estate videography and photography, but it helps to see the process through and through sometimes. Great video!
ОтветитьAs a real estate broker
That's a very good tip. Well learned.
Would love some advice on focus while buzzing through the house on your gimbal. Auto? Manual? I have an R5. Any particular focus settings that would work best? Thanks so much. Love your videos!
ОтветитьThis was great. Would you be able to share a video of the actual finished video only?
ОтветитьReally great to see your process on location. This is a excellent video. Would watch more if you share.
ОтветитьDo you recommend using the steady shoot (ibis), when the camera is mounted on a gimbal? In my case, I have sometimes noticed a bit of woobling when I use the a7siii and 16-352.8. How was your experience?
ОтветитьI may have missed this but what lens do you use?
ОтветитьVinyl flooring and gas fireplace? She understands that’s a gas cooktop right? Haha 😂
ОтветитьChris - loved this video, I have to shoot my first house tomorrow - Did you shoot in 120 or 60 fps 4k?
Ответитьthank you for guiding us!
ОтветитьI stayed up late last night and took notes on this mate. Been making films for a bit and finally decided that I was tired of going hungry and put together a business plan. From the most sincere place in my heart, thank you for this. I hope you get to see all the ways this contribution elevates the community- it certainly will elevate my business and family. If you’re ever in the Burlington VT USA area would love to buy you a drink! Be well.
ОтветитьSOLID! Thanks for sharing!
ОтветитьLil shawty killed it tho
ОтветитьWhat aspect ratio do you film in?
Ответитьgreat video!!! what mode do you use on the Gimbal ? PF , PTF or FPV?
ОтветитьThank you!
ОтветитьYour style is so much different to us in Australia. This style would not pass in AUS.
ОтветитьI really appreciate you sharing the process. For a beginner like me, it's very inspiring, and wanting me to try some of them myself.
