Netflix all day Daredevil, Stranger Things, Mindhunter are amazing. Great video!

For me Netflix got better TV shows while Amazon Video has a bettee selection of movies due to me adding Starz and Showtime channels into my prime subscription which greatly enhanced Amazon Video for me.

We may agree on one thing though, Hulu sucks, so glad I canceled Hulu.

Netflix has better original stuff but Amazon video has better normal shows and movies like Avatar and The 100 and Arrow but Stranger Things and power are sooo good.

Why? Why list a movie/show you can’t watch? What is the point?

Neither is worth it. You get 1,2 good movies and everything else is just C-rated trash. Just get a free month, watch some stuff and cancel because you already saw the best they have to offer.

Every month or so amazon will make a random few movies free to watch for a limited amount of time like this month there is Paul,Ted,all 3 hangover movies, all of the seasons of Xfiles and much more I think with amazon you get more for your money as the movies are less restricted there’s something new every month and the TV shows just keep getting better. Here are so many series and movies becoming free all the time I don’t even have enough time to watch all of them. Theres the Stephen hawking movie theory of everything free atm I am about to watch it.

Amazon's Jack Ryan alone is better than 90% of what Netflix has. I'm a Netflix European subscriber and I'm pretty disappointed with the content of it. Maybe things are different in other continents.

I have both and I can’t decide between them but I am a teen who is addicted to Netflixs original series

Here is what I did. I had both NetFlix and Amazon Prime. I was basically watching NetFlix and using Amazon Prime mostly for the free shipping as I buy a lot of stuff on Amazon. I loved the Stranger Things series and loved all the Marvel series and a bunch of other series on NetFlix. However, after a while I realized i kind of watched everything I wanted to watch. So since I was paying monthly for both, I decided to quit NetFlix for a while until Stranger Things 3 and some other series I want to see come out. So since I got rid of NetFlix, I have recently started to watch stuff on Amazon Prime which hooks up to TV in a similar manner as NetFlix does. When it comes to original content they do not have nearly as much as NetFlix but I just binge watched the first season of The Man in the High Castle which was great. So I will watch the next two seasons of that and then watch other series on Amazon since that is the only service I have right now and I do not have HBO, Showtime, or any others. Once I have watched everything I wanted to then I may go back to NetFlix or try something else. I will keep Amazon Prime since the free shipping on purchases was the main reason I got it to begin with.

I would like to see this revisited since it has been a whole year and both companies have released tons of originals

Both companies have great original series so they are both worth it. Netflix for stranger things, house of cards, daredevil , Knight fall, the last kingdom etc. amazon has the man in the high castle( best series ever), Bosch, sneaky Pete, etc. I am still saving tons of money with both since I cancelled my cable and I am never bothered by commercials. We all win.

Netflix is boring. Netflix is entertainment for the non discerning audience. Amazon Prime has thought provoking original entertainment. I’m cancelling Netflix and will try Sundance.
