I bought a Westinghouse generator. The WGen9500Dfc

Be cautious of Westinghouse Where do I start. Purchased a WGen1150TFc Nov.22 from Lowes on line. Unboxed and follow "Break in" procedure, with supplied oil. Run time for break in is 5hs@ 1/2 load according to manual. Soon as I put a 1500 watt load the engine started knocking. Contacted support. Take videos and upload them. Okay. They determined it is defective. DETERMINED A BAND NEW OUT OF THE BOX IS NOW USED. So, what do, they send a replacement, a refurb unit. Dose't matter it's "used" and you have to crate it up so save the pallet and box. Support was rude and continually talked over me. No customer first here. Hopefully support is better to you.
