ОтветитьOne of my Hero’s 🥰 Not because he was a hunter but because he risk his life to save people that could not protect themselves❤ He was fearless when he hunted and didn’t charge for saving their lives and actually disliked killing tigers but knew it was for the tribes people lives🙌👏👊
ОтветитьHe was an amazing hunter and conservationist,a very brave man indeed!if it wasn't for him tigers may have become extinct in india!hats off to him!
ОтветитьExcellent, thanks.....m
ОтветитьI dont think he was a hunter turned conversationist, he was a hunting conversationist as many of us hunters are.
ОтветитьMr. Corbett always was a naturalist and conservationist, and a great unselfish man.
ОтветитьI’ve read all his books, he as a great man
ОтветитьThanks for this short video 🙏🏽
ОтветитьWhat is the reference for him being knighted?
He didn't directly work for the British administration hunting maneaters, he did that as a volunteer, at the request of the local District Commissioners. His first maneater hunting effort was when he was 32 years old, not 18. He was a contractor to the British Railways for many years from his teenage years.
The source of his time in Africa would also be of interest (Treetops book excepted).
He was a photographer as well and said to be very good at it. I have no idea where his photographic archive is or its current status.
ОтветитьOpium played an excellent role when mixed in food and water, slowed down predators' movement, provided a great opportunity to the British hunters to make chilled shots unfolding their hunting ethics.
ОтветитьThere is something about very dark nights and large cats in isolated places that will shake a fellow right down to his earliest paleolithic origins, send chills up your spine, and make your hair stand on end. As frightened as a mouse being stalked by a cat, you suddenly come face to face with the little, weak, naked, slow moving creature that you are. I experienced such a thing once, thrilling to think of in retrospect, absolutely bone chilling in the moment. It makes a good story but i would not face such a situation again. Jim Corbet faced such situations again and again and for all the right reasons. Enough said.
ОтветитьPlse make videos in Hindi also.
ОтветитьShooting man eaters was not jim corbett job he worked on the railway
ОтветитьSimply the Corbett is Corbett no body is like him a conservationist and hunter.
ОтветитьSir, please make a video about the biography of mr kenneth Anderson
ОтветитьA hunter is a conservationist
ОтветитьThank you for sharing this, I've read most of his books and sure wish I could have met him. My hat's off to him for sure.
ОтветитьI Am Jim Corbett From Inside Out. I so wish I had known this man. He has been a personal inspiration for many decades and if there is a Heaven and IF I am allowed to enter therein, I certainly would like to meet him.
ОтветитьKennath Anderson was a hunter in South India who had not been properly accredited
