ОтветитьSalaam Moazz, I'm 16 and suffering from the lower back pain and really have no idea how to tackle it😓
ОтветитьThis is the best advice for all the Muslims but it is so hard to be a true Muslim in non- Muslim. If you want to have an education you have to take out the hijab and you can't even pray especially Dhuhr. Even it was allowed we have people that who pray only in Ramadan. You can't even find a Muslim as the best achiever in school always non-Muslim. And imagine the government that you elected you don't have to go to haj you can do it here and preparing some place for it. I don't know what is happening? You can't even find a friend that helps you to go on the straight path. But Alhamdullilah, I'm in a private school which makes it much easier for praying Dhuhr and keep my hijab on. May Allah guide us. Thanks brother. Jezakellah

ОтветитьReally great advice! This is been inspiring me more than any other motivational videos. I hope that's bcoz it came out from a muslim who was concerned about the deen. Ответитьworr bro alhamdudillah
ОтветитьI’m 18 and my advice is to:
1. Make dua for all your goals
2. Write down monthly reflections over how your goals went, what went well, what went badly.
3. Allahs timing and plan is PERFECT. If u make dua and it doesn’t come as soon as u hoped know that that’s what’s better for u.
4. Find HEALTHY coping mechanisms, like being in nature, complaining or crying to Allah in private, and working out (esp cardio for endorphins).
5. Have a connection with the Quran - memorize, read, and UNDERSTAND it. It’s literally Allah speaking to you, so read translations and listen to tafseer.
6. Time block to manage ur time efficiently!
Mashallah Jazakallah brother moaaz

ОтветитьAnyone, please read this.
I'm held back from a lot of things in life because of my parents (specially my dad), they are putting me in pain everyday and that doesn't mean i can't do better in life but I'm too worried about living more days & years with them because I'm still 16 and I'll have to live with them until I have my own house, I don't hate them, but they don't help with anything but money.
That's what I feel maybe I'm wrong but they're not doing enough to help me with life, they're too negative and I'm still thinking and worrying about knowing the thing that I could do to make them realise their past and present faults so they can be better and I can feel more easy to interact with them now and when they get older.
Even going to the gym is unsupported from them, they're very controlling.
I really hope to know the solution of this 😔.
I literally want to be you right now turning 18 soon and I think I just heard the best advice of my life
ОтветитьAdvice:
Eat healthy
Go to the gym
Get more Muslim friends
Read Quran daily
Pray all 5 Salahs
Love family
