How Much Faster Do Exhaust & Airbox Modifications Make A Bike?

I want to do a similar video. I have the 690 with rade garage air filter box. Now i am in search of a exhaust to do a flash of the ECU.
Would be nice to compare in terms of 0-150 and 0-top speed.
The bike have lots of torque, its not easy to compare in terms of launch till 60.

What was done with the air box? Cheers

I wonder how much torque gain was from the exhaust and how much was from the airbox...
