No straight roads wasn't a bad game and it had some good songs but is it bad that this was the one song that really captured my attention throughout the game.

Dude actually merged DK Barat with rap and created a banger.

Fun fact about the "DK WEST" chanting: It's a part of Dikir Barat where the singers will chant the same lyrics over and over again before a solo will happen. The great thing about the solo part is that it becomes a section for rap battle which is genius because rap and dikir barat are almost exactly the same in nature except that dikir barat has its own traditional melody and rhythm accompanied by clapping.

I love DK West so much. He’s just there to teach Zuke a lesson, but learns to trust him more. He’s also one of the best rappers ever heard which says a lot when he’s a video game character! Even though his mini game kinda sucks, but honestly I couldn’t care less cause he’s such an interesting character. His dichotomy and sibling rivalry with Zuke is genuine. I have a younger brother who I’m basically West to personality wise, always giving them a hard time, but showing it’s for the best as they need to learn. West is just such a cool character
