Under 5 min gang 😂
ОтветитьI literally was about to look up “running based leg day” but saw this 😂
ОтветитьTha leg day schedule I am copying this week, I have been skipping strength training and that makes it soo simple to follow that I am going to try it after my long run this Saturday. Thanks fe the video. Very nice even the food at the end 🎉
ОтветитьJust started my running journey thanks for the tips 🎉
ОтветитьReally feel like Jeremy has that golden retriever energy, yet it's nothing compared to the actual dogs 😆🤝
Ответить💪
ОтветитьHi Jeremy! 😁 Great video as always thank you. I’m curious, what leash are you using for the dogs? TIA 🐾
ОтветитьI'm sure your fat% has dropped the last months. U look more sharp then ever. Keep it going!!!
ОтветитьCan u do the strength workout first and run later? Or is running first the best if you combine 2 lower body workout (run and strength)?
ОтветитьI love doing hill repeats! Will have to add vest soon! 😊
Ответить24 hours at Crazy incoming!
ОтветитьWe need to see the golden boys more often!!
ОтветитьTraining for my first marathon!
ОтветитьI’m training for a marathon right now. I am watching some of the training tips!
ОтветитьLoving hearing dog owners’ nicknames for their dogs. Ours is called Chai, but we call him Chibij or MooChaChoo
ОтветитьWhats your opinion on zone 3 training? I personally dont think its that bad and has felt more beneficial to me than zone 2.
ОтветитьGreat content man! What brand is the weight vest you use?
ОтветитьI’ve been strength training for about 11 years now and just got into running this year. Definitely a challenge but just started incorporating speed days. I love it though! Feels great.
ОтветитьI will say, creatine is a must. The extra recovery help is crucial.
Ответитьfor how much running you do, youre pretty jacked! good lifts bro. inspirational ahaha
ОтветитьAwesome vid. Thanks for the insight. This is a pretty killer workout
ОтветитьHow often do you train your calves, especially the soleus muscle? Most of the articles say that it really helps for running.
ОтветитьI wish you would come out with a carb powder separate from the electrolytes so you can put as much as you want in your electrolytes. Ive tried gels and my stomach cannot handle it mid race when it’s blazing hot out I gag to get gels down during workouts and races. A good carb powder to add to the switchback electrolytes would be great! Please come out with something like this!
ОтветитьBrand for a good weighted vest?
ОтветитьI’ve never thought of doing strength on speed or long run days. “Keep your hard days hard and your easy days easy” that actually makes a lot of sense . Thanks for the video. Awesome stuff!
ОтветитьYou remind me of Nick Bare
ОтветитьThe turtle part was hilarious
Ответить🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸❤️❤️❤️
ОтветитьLifting weights is definitely not what all runners should do. In fact, almost none of the elite long-distance runners do what could be traditionally called "strength training". If you are really serious about being a really fast long-distance runner - it is counterproductive. It doesn't help even if you are an elite sprinter. Take it from someone who trained heavy for many years and tried to become a better runner. Heavy leg training literally kills mitochondria in leg muscles, which are the main driver of increased endurance. The only case where I think it can help is when you are a vain "social media influencer"/mediocre runner who runs shirtless to get likes and followers.
Ответитьhe seems like an antivaxer
ОтветитьCeltic sea salt has been proven to have some pretty harmful chemicals in it
ОтветитьHey Jeremy, always love the content. Where can I buy your gym flags?
ОтветитьWell, I appreciate the video, but I REALLY appreciate you being a responsible pet owner and cleaning up after your guys, plus not letting them hurt the turtle! 🤙🏼🤙🏼
ОтветитьJeremy cardio is nuts but he still has a dad bod
ОтветитьThat Bulgarian Split Squat setup hack is a game changer! How have I never known that!!! Thanks bro🤘
Ответитьhow's your second lower day?
Ответитьthanks a lot for the video
Ответитьhey jeremy, thanks for the video!
are you doing anything for calves?
