Aragorn is the non-dual wielding version of Drizzt Do'Urden. Kicking insurmountable amounts of ass, even though the odds are against him and he could easily be overwhelmed. This is a boast of true courage.

Love their movement in this scene. How aragorn slash through uruk hai is rough and realistic. Those knife and axe throw is solid

Aragorn has so much plot armor in these movies! XD Not just him but also Gimli, Legolas, and all the Hobbits LMAO. At least we all know why Gandalf came back to life.

What I learned watching this:

Orcs are idiots. Not only do they fail to take advantage of their numerical superiority by challenging the heroes one at a time, they almost always charge in with arms extended, rendering their swords and shields useless.

Orcs are slow and clumsy. Their blows are easily dodged or parried, they are easily knocked off balance, and if one falls into another, the second is sure to go down.

Orcs are weak. They almost always go down with one blow, or even one arrow. Sometimes the heroes add a second for good measure, but it rarely seems necessary.

Armor is worthless - at least orc armor. It seems to offer absolutely zero protection.

And these are the upgraded models?

Everyone wants to be Aragorn. But we are more likely a Boromir. He struggled but in the end gave all for the fellowship. The shot of him running up to save Merry and Pippin gets me every time.🫡

I remember watching this in the cinema after the movie there was a standing ovation. Haha

Boromir fought like a true knight. Every urikaih is equivelent to 3 orks or 6 goblins and he killed about 50 urikaih. That shows how hardcore he was. And he protected the hell out of merry and pippin.

Give to Legolas an infinite ammount of arrows and a couple of weeks and see who became master of the Middle Earth without any ring.

Achilles: Imagine a king who fights his own battles. Wouldn't that be a sight?

Lurz was the first Uruk-Hai that was a perfect breed. Strong, intelligent, durable and hard to beat. Well except having the head sliced off.
I can't believe it's been 22 years since this movie were premiered. After all these years, this grand movie still holds up.
