The onk onk's will eat the whole bowl. I have made the berries and great yogurt as shakes. When they are sleeping, I will make your recipe, and place them in four plastic containers and hide it the freezer. I then will make another batch (dirtied the blender already and put the plastic Popsicle containers. Thank you!

Reminds me of the frozen yogurt that Hickory Farms sold out of their stores in the late 70's. Sweet and tart. Thanks.
