Let the record show that this is how I'm being introduced to The Magicians

I wasn´t really familiar with this song. Now, that I also listened to Queen and David Bowie singing it in the official video to the song, as well as listening to the video with Annie Lennox singing the part of the late Freddie Mercury (all of them excellent musicians, of course) ... I still love THIS version absolutely best.
It might be, because I love the magicians so much, but also, the change of (great) voices, the way it´s all arranged in general, is simply great music. That it fullfills such a crucial function in the storytelling and turns things to the better, brings this song even closer to my heart. I keep coming back to listening and watching all the time.

What I love the most about this is the off hand comment that Hale made at some ComicCon thingy about if they did a musical episode again that it should be Bowie, and the producers kind of scoffed, but looked thoughtful, and here we are.... David Bowie is my all-time favourite male artist and this would really have made him happy.
