Put the hip into it
ОтветитьDid him no good he died at 32
Ответить😢😂😂❤
ОтветитьA friend told me. "If u want strength, increase the numbers of reps. If u want mass, increase the number of weights"
ОтветитьThis is ridiculously false, Bruce Lee worked unbelievably hard on his conditioning and speed but the type of twitch muscles you have is heavily influenced by genetics.
ОтветитьWhen Chuck Norris cuts an onion 🧅 the onion cries 😢
ОтветитьI wounder if a bodybuilder can do a push up on 3 fingers like bruce lee did
ОтветитьOh most people will "fly" aka fall back when pushed off balance. Look at their feet. Anybody shoved when standing with their feet together will "fly" back the same... kids are so amazed by basic things these days.
ОтветитьOh so it was thanks to bodybuilding… here I was thinking he developed his Qi
ОтветитьBruce Lee never fought professionally, he was like Stepven Segal.
ОтветитьUn hombre de 245 libras???.....eso son 112 kilos aprox......aunque ese golpe es increible......ese sujeto NO pesa 112 kilos.
Ответитьno way that guy barely bigger than Bruce was 100+ lbs heavier
ОтветитьYou shouldn't close somebody you know nothing about and have you ever been any actual fight to even pretend that you obtain the knowledge of speaking about it
ОтветитьHe was unproven as a mixed martial artist. He has a totally undeserved and unwarranted reputation as a tough guy
ОтветитьI don't know who made this all up 🤣🤣🤣🤣
ОтветитьHe was a great actor
ОтветитьShort answer: bullshido
ОтветитьActually bruce lee didnt lose instead it was tough for him
ОтветитьThe key to the one inch punch is not overall strength it has a lot to do with technique and mastery of it
ОтветитьOverrated joker😂😂
ОтветитьWhat a load of bs this was….
ОтветитьWrong. That is not the method he used for his explosive str. 😅 its as.if you dont want people knowing how easy it is
ОтветитьLee is always great legend, but your explanation is not good in video , worst explanation
ОтветитьNo pinned comment
ОтветитьThat's all bullshit! The one inch punch it part of wing chun. Sick of these bullshit facts
ОтветитьIt wasnt a punch it was just pushing with his knuckles if it was a punch that could send a man flying it would break his ribs its a push not a punch
ОтветитьUse this if you saw “No dogs and Chinese allowed sign”
ОтветитьWith his knowledge in advancing and creating new ways to be faster. I just wonder what he would have change or done in todays latest technology to be even more faster.
ОтветитьIt's simple. Mass multiplied by acceleration equals force. This is a core principle of Wing Chun, the martial art Lee studied under Ip Man and which formed the basis of his "style." It has nothing to do with strength or body building, and the one inch punch and the "intercepting fist" were certainly not inventions of Bruce Lee.
ОтветитьHe was on coke
ОтветитьEverything in China is fake
ОтветитьIt looks like a push??
ОтветитьThats how i train i have other people i hit like a mack truck even when most of the time i go 30 percent to 50 percent of my power other Martial artist seem to train for body building or power lifting some dont understand there's different ways to work out your muscules
Ответить🤡
ОтветитьLove Bruce Lee, but that guy he pushed ain't no 245
ОтветитьMane quit this garbage. He never nearly got beat. His wife was the only one around and she said it only lasted 10 minutes
ОтветитьYes really wanna know about Bruce lee training
Ответитьby paying the other guy for flying away
ОтветитьYes and it's also that reckless training that led to and leads to herniated discs, pinched nerves and absolute again, nerve pain and much more. Which lead to the use of painkillers which managed to ultimately lead to his death. It was just unfortunate in those days we didn't yet understand good form and pacing yourself. Slow reps. They experimented which gave them extreme strength and speed yes but at a dangerous and permanent cost. He sacrificed all he had to be his best and we can learn so much from that and what he did right and the mistake he made.
It was documented that he hurt his back actually lifting weights and it continued to plague him. I know how painful and debilitating it is and it's no joke but I didn't get mine from lifting so much but a skateboarding accident and some bad fights and things.
Doing reps Fast is bullshit you don’t recruit as muscle fibers and the fibers aren’t as engaged and don’t get trained full there for low weight with super slow is better low weight fast
ОтветитьHis bodybuilding friend gave him cocain and Steroids
ОтветитьYou guys really believe that little Korean dude he pushed was 245 foh
ОтветитьWhere da pinned comment doe
ОтветитьWord for word
ОтветитьHe just punched him away for a few feet he didn't send him flying lol that's like a superhuman strength brucle lee is like peak human
ОтветитьSaitama
ОтветитьMaybe because he was square and not in his fighting stance😂 he basically just pushed him while not in stance. If he was in stance he eouldnt get oushed that easily.
ОтветитьAlthough Bruce had great technique his myth is way blown out of proportion when it comes to actual fighting ability. In the only clips of him he is sloppy and his student lose the fights they participated in with the clips we have of them
ОтветитьHe would've loved Olympic lifts lol
Ответить
