Seems at first glance to be a nice guy, and very nervous in the den. You Got Screwed! don't think you can return the money within 12 months if you even sell $100k worth of a product which you won't. Secondly, he will enjoy 33.33% of returns for the year in your main business if you were to get his investment out. His brother would be furious at his decision.
