I have a question , Im current with a priority date of 11feb2008, at that time I was 13 years old , after 15 years become current and ım 28, for cspa calculatiom it also needs ı-130 approval date which ı never knew until today they told me its 08april2008 , so when I calculate my cspa they just remove 2 months from my agre? İsn’t something wrong in this? Waited 15 years and now not elligible?

What is apriority date?

I filed the Form I-130 to reunite with my son in 2020.
I additionally needed to submit Form I-824 (because I didn't provide the address on the form).
My account says they received my Form I-824...
My case was approved in 2022 and transferred to NVC.
I became a US citizen two weeks ago and I need to make a request to change my status.
I went to the NVC website and in Public Inquiry Form they are asking for a recipient number but I can't figure out which recipient number I need to enter, for the form I-130 or I-824.
The numbers are different.
Please help me understand.
