ОтветитьLast week my son played 'They rode on' and I immediately went into the living room asking who this band was, that song was incredible!!!
So this is a band that I overlooked....it happens eventhough I have and know so much music.
This song is also great....I'm diving into this band's stuff now for sure!
Amazing there's still lots to discover out there.
Hail Satan
ОтветитьQuorthon aprueba esta canción desde el Valhalla
ОтветитьBEAUTIFUL song
ОтветитьLove this album still, played it for all my kids and they like it.
Right now my 10 months old daughter listen to it and it calms her. 🤘
Thus was once a land of petty selfishness and dwindling safety within crumbling castle walls, law meant nothing. Talfunus had been a land many wanted to rule, but none had ever acquired the means to do so, the power they had so always wanted was just out of reach.
This power only revealed itself during the event titled The Night of The Shadowhunt, in which Hunters selfly dubbed the Umbral Venators would set off from where their tombstones and necropolises lie and rise once again for a great hunt.
The kings of little stature during this period were especially prized to track down and kill, These fools were not absent of intelligence, for the small emperors and their manshields moved the locations of their strongholds and those that refused to give up their fleeting pride were marked, the Venators would not soon forget a petty king once they were revealed and told of, but a fair few would not need to be pursued at all, some simply wondered right into the flame.
This power the virtueless idiots sought was the legend they named The Falling Angel
It was said thus by superstitious fools and pitiful priests that what was truly a great reward by a
Ignis Daemon to the Venators, was a test by their gods to find and obtain the might required to finally rule Talfunus by birthright of their humanity. They couldn't be more wrong, and they most certainly could not have foreseen the future one Venator would bring Talfunus.
Thus rose a flame, a sacred star, the gift fell and instead of artlessly being ignored in turn for the virtue of a good hunt, the boon was found by a recipient of unprecedented understanding of the world around it, its name was not known. The good hunter had looked for its quite unique prey for some time before finally crossing paths with their ultimatum tried and true birthright, twas it so simply true and great when the Bringer Daemon thus placed The Crown of Aged Bloodfire upon the withering skull of the new Overking of Talfunus.
In moments the Major King had bursted into blessede flames of power in reply of the boundless hunt its people had waged for centuries, the power pitiful self proclaimed rulers had searched for; would be used to bring the unholy light of the dawnless hunt upon their unwary souls, mercy would not come for the humans or the hunters that bowed to them, the only thing that would come for these fools is an endless Bloodtainted Rainstorm that would blot out the sun and bring safe passage for the righteous Sanguinous Venators until the end of the time as was known to the courts of man!
Humanity survived, but twas all changed forever, there was finally a one true King.
The intro reminds me of Dark Avenger from Manowar.
ОтветитьHail!I want you to perform in my ROCK FEST/ROMANIA/AUGUST/2023🖤🤘🇷🇴
ОтветитьНевероятно красиво!
Ответить> I like
ОтветитьWho the fuck can say that they sold out with this album? Sure, it is different than Casus Luciferi or Rabid Death's Curse, but are so many people deaf? This song - which of course isn't as brutal as their earlier stuff - is a tribute to Bathory, one of the most crucial bands of the genre. You cannot "sell out" by honoring Quorthon.
ОтветитьBathory crossed with Pink Floyd. Magnificent
ОтветитьIt was the first Watain‘s song I heard in my life, and after that I couldn‘t believe it was a black metal band
ОтветитьSaw them live at HEAVY MTL,2019.... Best show by far!!!!!!
Ответитьenfes

ОтветитьFAN HELLER.. åK TILL hIMMELEN.
Ответитьwe call this BATHORY effect...
Ответитьa journey
ОтветитьThis style is why watain are becoming one of my favorite bands. Next month I'll finally see em live🤟
ОтветитьThis is 100% Bathory, Hammerheart/TOTG era. It is obvious that is just fantastic.
ОтветитьMasterpiece.
ОтветитьWatain is taking black metal to the heights it deserves
ОтветитьHoly fuk. I want to go hunt.
ОтветитьI can't help but picture some sort of black metal musical when I hear this song. This whole album, played from start to finish, has a feeling that, if transposed into a dark play, would fit to a tee. Watain is by far my favourite black metal band and songs like this only reenforce that opinion.
ОтветитьOMFG !!!
Ответить🙇🤘🔥materialized in best albums section.
Ответитьahhhhhh....
ОтветитьI hear some Pink Floyd influence within this groups song tracks.... DAMN GOOD BAND...
ОтветитьThere was some influencing going on between in solitude, tribulation and watain, i'd say...who started it i don't know. Anyways, cool album, fuck the haters
ОтветитьFucking solo
ОтветитьQueria legenda
ОтветитьHammerheart + Twilight of the gods = this
